About Us

We believe that the greatest influence for change in a community comes from its own members. Therefore the community members must be actively involved to bring about meaningful and sustainable change.

Our method is to empower individuals and groups who will serve as catalysts in their own communities, willing to change the mind-set that affects society. We find people who are a part of their community and are willing to keep the change moving. We provide them with the training, education, resources, and support so they can continue the growth process for generations.

The growth of a nation comes about slowly, and we are not afraid of this process. Therefore we reject a mentality that invites us to settle for that which is cheap, fleeting, and lacking in passion.

The island of Hispanola is made up of Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic takes up two-thirds of the island. NET is currently working in the D.R. to help stop the cycle of poverty. We are also actively involved in several Haiti relief projects since the recent devastating earthquake. In the future we would like to get involved with other countries.
