Staff
Presently, all of our staff are self supporting. We also have a team of dedicated local volunteers that are committed to implementing the philosophy of NET. These volunteers are choosing to make a difference in their communities.
President and Founder, Samuel Luna

Samuel Luna, President and Founder of NET lives in his home country, the Dominican Republic. He is married to Kendra, who is from Michigan. They have three wonderful boys. Samuel and Kendra are both very active serving in their local community.
NET was a vision of Samuel's for many years. One year ago NET became a reality when it received the status of a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity. It is Samuel's hope that NET will help break the cycle of poverty so prevalent in the D.R., and that all Dominicans will have equal opportunities and skills to pursue their dreams.
These are NET's leaders who want to make a change in the Dominican Republic
